Support Policy & Pricing

Our support policy has been in effect since March 15, 2007, and is as follows:

AcuBase Pro+ comes with four support calls per year. After that, we charge $35 per call. Annual support contracts are also available. Previous (pre-2007) versions of AcuBase Pro will no longer be supported as of January 1, 2008

E-mail List

Existing users may now sign up to be on our e-mail list when new fixes or updates come out. We are putting together an email list to inform interested users when a new fix or update has been posted to our website. Users who have paid for their annual support contracts are automatically on this list. If you would like your e-mail address to be added so that you, too, receive these notifications, please e-mail us at . Simply write "add to support list" as the subject line of your email. We use this list only to email notification of updates and fixes. Will do not share our lists and you will not get any junk mail by being on it.
