Upgrade Your Medical Office Software to AcuBase Pro+

For Users of AcuBase 2.003 and Later…

AcuBase Pro+ is the most current version of Trigram’s AcuBase Practice Management Software.  Over the last several years, we have created new versions to provide our customers with a more robust software that has better functionality. 

With your upgrade, we will migrate all of your data over to the new version free of charge, and you will find:

·         New scheduling capabilities

·         E-billing functionality and claims submission

·         Access to upgrades as they become available

·         Ongoing support for AcuBase Pro+ (we no longer support the older versions of AcuBase)

·         A downloadable version via weblink vs. CD ROM. 

What you will experience, is that AcuBase Pro+ will make your office run even more efficiently than it has in the past with our older versions, and you will be able to see and help more patients.  In order to purchase the upgrade ($495), you will need to first need to:

1.  Get up-to-date with all current billing before upgrading

2.  Electrically sign our disclosure.  This document discloses what data will and will not come across in the upgrade, as well as the fact that we will be charging a yearly renewal fee after your first year of program ownership (at this time next year).  We want everyone to be fully aware of our disclosures.
