Secure online ordering of AcuBase Pro is available directly through us. If you found out about us through one of our distributors, you will be asked to enter that distributor’s name when you purchase the program.

The process of buying is as follows:

If you are already using AcuBase Pro 2.003 or later and wish to upgrade, click here for upgrade info. Otherwise, if you are new to AcuBase…

1.  Download a demo version of the program by clicking here to go to the demo page.

2.  Purchase a license (note:  new user prices go up soon.  Click here for news on that.)

Single computer One computer license: $695, with an annual renewal fee of $295 after first year.

Small Network Five computer license: $895. Annual renewal fee of $495 after first year.*

Large Network 250 computer license: $1,495. Annual renewal fee of $995 after first year.*

*Note that Small Network users will need to buy a copy of FileMaker Pro 8.5 or 9.0 for each machine running AcuBase over the network. Large Network users must run AcuBase Pro from a server, and buy FileMaker Server, as well as a copy of FileMaker Pro 8.5 or 9.0 for each workstation. 3.  Enter your license number (provided when you purchase the program) into the demo program to activate it as a fully-licensed version.
