A Case refers to the way you are being paid when treating a patient.  They may be an insurance case, a cash case, an auto accident case, an attorney lien, or some other case type.   AcuBase allows you to set up case preferences so that, each time you create a new invoice for a patient, the program auto-enters all relevant information onto the invoice without you having to re-enter it each time.  This 15-minute video takes you through the Cases section of AcuBase Pro to help you understand the way cases work in the program, and how you can use case preferences to help save time in the billing process.
