The world is moving fast, especially in the world of software and online applications. One of the things that is moving faster (and this isn’t new) is the way we communicate. Instead of phone or even e-mail, we are using things like Twitter and Facebook, or instant messaging to get the word out to multiple people at once. It may be a bit more impersonal, but that was what we thought about e-mail replacing mail and phone calls. However, it actually seems that things are becoming more personal. We know more about people, where they are, what they are doing (which may or may not be a good thing), but it is definitely the world we live in now.
With that in mind, we at Trigram wanted to make things easier for our customers and potential customers to contact us and get answers to questions faster. We have implemented a new Click to Chat feature in our web based software that allows customers who have a quick question to simply click on the chat button to ask. We are hoping this helps solve questions faster and ultimately keeps you waiting less time for an answer that may be very simple. We have also implemented a new phone system to route calls better and for us to be able to respond to you in a faster way.
All in all, Trigram is trying to help you strengthen your practice by helping you manage your practice in a more efficient and less time consuming fashion. The less time you have to spend on your computer, the more time you have to see patients. And the more patients you see, the stronger your practice becomes.
