Tavoca provides automated telephone reminders and messaging services. Appointment reminders, message broadcasts to any size group, event reminders, no-show follow up, and personal reminders are some examples of Tavoca’s completely customized yet affordable messaging solutions. Starting with our forthcoming update (due the first week of December 2007), you may export your appointments from the AcuBase Calendar to upload to Tavoca’s website, and use Tavoca’s services to call and remind your patients of their appointments. No additional hardware or software purchase is required.  Tavoca usually has a $199 sign up fee to use their service, but if you sign up before January 31, 2008, the fee will be waived!
