Trigram Announces AcuBase Pro Support Policy

Our support policy went into effect on March 15, 2007, and is as follows:  

AcuBase Pro+ comes with four support calls per year.  After that, we charge $35 per call.  Annual support contracts are also available. 

Users of older (pre-March 2007) versions of AcuBase Pro pay $35/call flat fee per call as well.
