Upgrading from a Previous AcuBase to AcuBase Pro+

 All of the following information on upgrading can be found elsewhere on the Trigram website, at http://www.trigram.com/purchase/upgrade.

Because the new program is in a totally new database engine, we will need you to send your data in to us in order to be upgraded.  We will bring your data into the new program, press a new CD for you, and provide all instructions for installation. 

The process for upgrading is as follows:

1.  Get up-to-date with all current billing before upgrading

2.  Download and sign our disclosure, which may be downloaded by clicking here. This document discloses what data will and will not come across in the upgrade, as well as the fact that we will be charging a yearly renewal fee after your first year of program ownership (at this time next year).  We want everyone to be fully aware of our disclosures.

3.  Send in your data.  You will need to save your whole AcuBase Pro folder/directory onto a CD or Flash/USB card, and send it in to us for us to convert your data.  You should make sure the program is closed when you do this.  PC users, the location of your AcuBase Pro folder will usually be at C:\program files\trigram software\acubase pro.  Mac users, it will be on your desktop, or wherever you decided to install your program. 

Please take care to be sure you actually save the whole program file, which should have dozens of files inside of it, and not just the AcuBase Pro icon.

If you wish to hasten your upgrade, you may also choose to email a zipped/compressed copy of your data to us at , with “Upgrade” in the subject line.  We will need a Visa or MasterCard with written authorization to charge it for $395, as well as your statement in writing that you have read and understand the Upgrade & Program Disclosure and do still wish to purchase the program.  We will then do the upgrade and send it back to you via mail or e-mail, whichever you choose.
