Backing Up AcuBase on Your Macintosh

Backing up on flashdrive on Mac:
Put in your flash drive , double-click on it and create 5 folders for every day of the week (Acubase Monday, Acubase Tuesday etc…)
Now make sure your Acubase program is closed, go to where your Acubase OSX folder is located (not the icon on your tool bar but the actual folder) and highlight it . Go to Edit (top menu) and Copy. Come back to your flash drive double-click on the proper folder for day of the week, go to Edit and Paste.
Next time you’ll back up in that same day of the week, it will tell you that the folder already exist in that location and would you like to replace. Say yes to all.
For Network Users:In order to keep several copies of the program without writing over the night before you can do the following:
Put in your flashdrive. Double-click on your flashdrive when it shows up on Desktop. Right click anywhere in blank space and go to New Folder. Name that folder Monday Acubase. Repeat this process 4 (or 5) more times and name each folder respectively Tuesday, Wed, Thursday and Friday (Saturday). Now you should have these 5 (6) folders on your flashdrive.
Now make sure that Acubase is CLOSED
To Back up:
Right click on the Acubase Pro Networking folder on your Desktop and Copy (or highlight go to Edit and Copy)
Then go to your flashdrive, double-click on it, go to the proper folder of the week (Acubase Monday, etc…) and Paste the Acubase Pro Networking folder inside of it.
