I have been using “Procedures Payment Summary by Type of Payment” and “Products Payment Summary by Type of Payment” reports. These two reports and all the the “Procedures” and “Products” reports are now missing from the Report drop menu.  I don’t know if I accidentally delete them or what happen to them.

How do I get these Report items back?
