I’d like to export the reports that can be run in Acubase to Excel. I’m able to export screens like the invoice screen, but not the reports in the print preview area. The “Export Records” choice under “File” is grayed out. Anyone know how I can export reports? I need to be able to sort and summarize to create my balance sheet and cash flow. Right now I’m adding stuff up by hand.

Reports cannot be exported into Excell.  If you are on Mac (or on PC if you have Adobe Distiller) they can be Saved as PDF docs.  This however is not a feature inheritent to Acubase and requires Adobe Distiller on PC.
