Acubase and quickbooks

Have been playing around with acubase and was wondering how can i export my invoices to quickbooks or peachtree. Is there any way around this? If so how can i do it??????

Export Reports

I’d like to export the reports that can be run in Acubase to Excel. I’m able to export screens like the invoice screen, but not the reports in the print preview area. The “Export Records” choice under “File” is grayed out. Anyone know how I can export reports? I need to be able to sort and summarize to create my balance sheet and cash flow. Right now I’m adding stuff up by hand.

CMS Box 32 & Box 33

Box 33 Billing Provider Info: Our billing address is a PO Box

Box 32: Service Facility Location: When clicking on box 32, the software automatically fills it in with our billing (PO Box) information.

Enhancement Request #1: Ability to auto fill with service location address - physical address.

Enhancement Request #2: We have two facility locations and several patients that see us at both facilities. Drop down box to allow for mutiple Service Facility Locations.

Fee Increase Not Updating Exsisting Patients.

Starting January 1st, we increased our fees. We entered our new fees in General Billing “CMS Form Box 24 (Procedures)” and in Billing Codes “Procedures (CPT) Codes and Prices”.

When entering new invoices for existing patients, the old fees are still reflected on the CMS forms. We are currently manually updating the fees via the patients “Case Details”

How do we automatically update the fees with our existing patients? And yes we do have the latest update (Acubase Pro + 8.5.40. 12/1/2007)

AcuBase 6.0v4 and Leopard

I have been running this older version of acubase (6.0v4) for some time. can I upgrade my mac (Intel 2.0 MacBookPro) to Leopard and still have the program work? have others run this version on Leopard OS X ?

need help “patinfo” connection lost

Hello,
Could really use your help, I recently backed up my acubase pro on external hard drive, and when I tried to reopen it on laptop, the software states patinfo missing. Please advise, and thanks in advance.

Issues with update process; please advise

Greetings.

I am updating AcuBase Pro using the instructions at the PDF at http://www.trigram.com/downloads/AcubaseUpdateInstructions.pdf.

I believe the version that i’m updating from is incompatible with these instructions.
The three files named acubasepro.usr, acubasecalendar.usr, and logfile.usr appear to be not present on my disk and there is no “Update” folder.

I do not observe any way to find the version number from within the program; I can’t see a scripts menu as the docs describe. There is no password upon loading.

Do you have any advice for me?
